In the mailbox today:

“Hello Ulf
The brand new SpeedoMeter for BlackBerry® shows the current speed right on your phone. The speed shown is based on GPS and how fast your device is moving.”

- I do not have a Blackberry. If I had a Blackberry I would get upset if it just took of.

A great piece of advice on Twitter today:

I guess this means You should leave no comments/trace in the code and definately only check in data anonymously…

To continue the mapping of my drive I took the workbench for a spin down the FME folder. The result is presented below:

As we all know, Python is a pretty deep story while tcl is getting kind of fat by now… (ooops).

Also I’m not really surprised that the plugin_builder is a complicated story but the xml-section does not look very intimidating at all!

C:\Program Files (x86)

This turbulent continent needs exploring. With my trusted reader “Directory and File Pathnames” and the supertransformer “NetworkTopologyBuilder” I created a geometric world map of all the folders:

Here is a snapshot of the FME Workbench. (If You are interested please make a comment to this post and I’ll send it to You with some safety instructions before use).

Even before this country was mapped, we new it existed and that it was big. Now we can clearly see that it truly is huge. Spreading from South to East it is the place where You can travel from a simple place like “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe”  to the very far, far away and exotic:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flex Builder 3\sdks\3.2.0\frameworks\projects\air\ApplicationUpdater\src\ApplicationUpdaterDialogs\com\adobe”.

(Ironically You end up in the city “adobe” – same name as Your starting point).

The CommonFiles

This region is close to anarchy. Jumping between left and right it will probably collapse in the nearby future. Windows, Microsoft, Apple and Yahoo scattered all over the place…

Googles Earth and iTunis

One could believe that these countries would cover large areas but they don’t. However, they certainly are packed with places:

I have no clue where this entity came from. Zooming in reveals strange information:

I’m quite sure that the best ideas might come from unexpected sources. Check out this brilliant AR-concept at:
